PCI And SM BUS Yellow Exclamation Mark.

Im not sure if this is stopping me from using my ethernet or wireless but my PCI Simple Communication controller and the SM Bus controller have a yellow exclamation mark by them. And i cant get on the internet at all? I have a custom build PC.

No basically what is wrong the bottom right ethernet icon is marked with a red cross... and it is not letting me on the internet even with wireless, And i presume its because of these problems.

So i found https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&DownloadType=Drivers&keyword=intel+management+engine it took away the error but the red cross on the ethernet is still there :/

The res cross may be showing that the device is disabled. Maybe right click on the icon and go to properties and see if it allows you to enable it.
