Huge PC Problem! Help!

Hello, my name is Nick and I am having a problem with PC (Old one), so this problem started like 1 month ago and before I never had such problem. Problem is -
1.While playing games my PC freezes every 2 seconds for 1 second.
2.While watching movies/videos , videos are being slow Like its Slow-Motion for a 5 seconds, sound is being how to say .. um.. slow too.
3.Ram is being used up for no reason?? It was never same before!
4.High CPU Usage mostly when watching videos its 70%+
5.High temperatures - CPU while watching movies or playing is 70C*+
Same GPU 58+
System Spec are
P4 3.0GHZ HT
1GB RAM
7600GT 512MB
WIN XP SP3 32BIT
*NOTE* This is old PC yes I have 2nd one fully new but I want this one to get fix too so I can play with my friend in same room.+It never happened BEFORE!!

What does the performance tab look like in task manager? You are using half of you memory just with stream and all of you open chromes. You may be paging to disk if you are running out of memory.

If you click on the performance tab in task manager it will show you how much memory you have, what is cached, and how much is free. If you run out of free memory, the computer works off of a file called pagefile.sys on your hard drive, which is set aside just for that purpose. Yes it does work but it is very slow. In your screen shot I believe you were in the processes tab.

From the looks of it you only have 29 megs of memory free. If you load a game that will certainly turn into 0. Add more memory if possible. Also, what is taking up 14% of you processor at idle. It should bounce around from 1 or 2 max.
