So a couple of days ago i bought a new gpu,radeon r7 260x,but my problem is that i get very low fps in games..Tried playing wolfenstein and watch dogs and get probably around 20 fps,or sometimes decent fps but then sudden large drops...Is this a driver issue or perhaps other hardware issue? And both game video settings are set to low or medium.
Specs:
Cpu fx 4130 quad core at 3.8 ghz(although i noticed in sys info it says quad core at 3.8ghz 2 cores?)
