Asus or Msi?

Hey guys.. im planning to get a new gpu which is gtx 780.. so its Asus D CU II OC or Lighting? im prefer for better cooler and overclock and Performance.. sorry if noob question and sorry for bad english...

As much as I prefer Asus for motherboards, I'll take a MSI video card over Asus any day. It is of course a tiny sample size, but 2/4 Asus video cards I bought new croaked within hours or days of first use. I've only had a couple of MSI video cards (and a friend has one), and they've not given any grief.

The MSI comes overclocked at higher speeds than any Asus, so that saves you the time of tweaking the card trying to get a little more punch. The cooling solution of both are really good as well.
That, as long as you dont have in mind an Asus ROG GPU.
