when i am starting my pc , some programs (mozila firefox,nero,bluestacks,win movie maker, & picassa ) are not running, whenever i am clicking on the desktop shortcuts a dialog box appears stating that"the item ......... . exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or removed so this shortcut will no longer work properly ." but i havnt done anything to those software s .. what i should do now?sometimes a dialog box also states that " systemshell.exe has stopped workin" ..recently i have installed a game..

According to http://www.threatexpert.com/files/systemshell.exe.html systemshell.exe could possibly be a virus, so your computer might be infected? Have you ran any virus scans lately?
