Is there a way to boot from an SSD without it being your main partition? It's retarded that I'm forced to use my 60gb SSD with 15gb left to move GBs worth of files in and out all day long. Sure, I could use files on my desktop that shortcut to another drive, but that's extremely inefficient.

Creating projects, downloading binaries, creating plugins for games, backing up files, storing music, downloading games, etc.

Edit: Regardless of being able to have downloads automatically moved to another drive, many applications and programs do not allow you, and to have to move to another drive every time I want to open a file is rather annoying, if there was some way to use OS from SSD, but perhaps have anything that tries downloading to it redirected to another drive or something? Like a kind of write protection?
