The SC would be my last choice among 770s /780's .... it usually comes in last in most roundups like these:

9.8 rating http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GTX_770_TF_Gaming/31.html
9.6 http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Zotac/GeForce_GTX_770/31.html
9.6 http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Gigabyte/GeForce_GTX_770_WindForce_OC/32.html

As for 4 GB, I don't see any advantage .... I have seen it report using more than 2 GB but not seen that in anyway convert to an actual performance gain....at least not in single card configuration and 1920 x 1080. See more in charts at link below...

Easily if you have a good enough cpu. But you don't need 4gb of VRAM on one monitor. Save some money and get the 2gb card. Or you can often find an r9 290 for around the same price as a gtx 770, and that will give around the performance of a gtx 780.

You should be able to play whatever you want with that card without issues. I am running a GTX 680 and it does for me.

This leaves five games out of 30 where a 4GB GTX 770 gives more than a 1 frame per second difference over the 2GB-equipped GTX 770. And one of them, Metro: Last Light still isn’t even quite a single frame difference.

You will find typical performance of 770s here in two of the more challenging games.

Metro 2033 - 1920x1080 - Very High 34 fps
Crysis 3 - 1920x1080 - Very High 4x AA 37 fps
