So I recently put together a new rig. I've encountered a few issues that seem to be rather spontaneous

Issue #1: It seems like the first boot of the day, the PC will post, start to load windows, and then for whatever reason shut off. When I try again, the PC will boot up fine. I have no issues while running the pc once I load windows. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MC8wuUG3Zk&feature=youtu.be

Issue #2: It seems to boot unusually slow. It's hard to describe whats going on, so I recorded another video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8R3unDV3Nvc&feature=youtu.be

Forgive the bad camera work, I was using my tablet.

My computer specs.

i7 4790K @ stock
ASUS Z97-PRO (wi-fi) BIOS: 1103 (the latest) The stock bios was 902
CORSAIR H105
Kingston Hyper X Beast 2400Mhz 8GB
EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 P2 80 PLUS PLATINUM Certified 1000W
1 Zotac GTX 680 (sli)
1 MSI GTX 680 (sli)
1 Samsung 840 Pro 512MB
1 OCZ Vertex 3 254MB
1 Crucial m500 254MB (boot drive)
1 Seasonic 1TB HDD.

Besides the two issues above, the computer seems to be running fine. Any help figuring out whats going would be appreciated tho.

Thanks.

Solution
Z97 is very new id wait for a bios fix and check for bios updates frequently. It takes a while to work out every bug in new boards
