but than not work
what i can do to connect internet to my lan with IP's

Quick answer, CROSSOVER CABLE?

Your configuration should be:

ISP > (WAN PORT)TP LINK > TP Link Port 1,2,3 or 4 CROSS OVER CABLE > UPLINK Port 3COM.

Better answer: WHY ARE YOU WIRING especially a 10/100MB??? EWWW?

Your simpliest solution (and long term best ideal solution) would be to either install Wifi Cards (desktops) or USB Wifi adapters (desktops), a laptops are all built in Wifi should be on the router wirelessly to begin with. This cuts down tremendous issues, such as someone's desk grinding a cable causing 'noise' on the line that affects everyone on the switch, to well cabling issues as your having now for example.
