Solution
Here is my solution to virus/spyware removal:

Revo Uninstaller Pro - Use this to remove any program you don't recognize or use. Use the moderate scan to remove any remaining/lingering files from those programs.

Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware on a full scan. Remove what it finds.

Run Glary Utilities 1-Click Maintenance. Remove/Repair what it finds.

Run Combofix (unavailable for Windows 8 as far as I know)

Run Hitman Pro to find anything the previous programs did not.

After that, check your browser settings for any unwanted search engines like Conduit. Clean those up.

Then, run task scheduler. Windows 7: just type task into the run menu and it will show up. Look at the "Task Scheduler Library" and you will probably find...
Something like MalwareBytes may be able to remove it from your system.
If that is one of the things you tried, you might need to wipe and reload. Poopware writers are right down there with spammers as the lowest forms of life; perhaps the only thing lower than a corrupt politician.

Hope this helps.

I had to remove one of those from a friend's computer. You delete any extensions and add-ons in the browser and set the home page to google.com or your preffered search engine and after that antivirus scan and remove. In my case the antivirus was Avast but I recommend Malwarebytes.

Do some basics first then tell us the results:

Remove whatever AV your using and go to www.filehippo.com and download Comodo, Panda or AVG (AVAST! was hacked so I don't recommend them anymore) and do a full system scan - this repeatedly has resolved alot of people issue relying on MS Essentials.
Download Malwarebytes do a full system scan (AV doesn't pick up alot of malware) - this resolved almost ALL other similiar posts to date as most had Malware the AV didn't pick up.
Repeat the AV/Malware scans till the system comes up clean.

Did you install all Windows Updates? Including options except BING? Check them and repeat till ALL are installed.
Download and run Slim Drivers, install all the latest updates but you don't need to reboot until you do the last update

These should resolve all the issues around your infection.
