Do I need to reinstall Windows if I change my CPU?

I just bought a new cpu (AMD A10-5800k), do i have to reinstall my system after upgrade? the previous one was A4-5300. and also will it work with my actual igp drivers? (AMD Catalyst™ 14.4)

You shouldn't need to reinstall the OS for just changing the CPU. You may need to boot into safe mode in order to install the new drivers for your APU.
