well i was trying to play sims on my dads pc its an acer laptop and before the game would work perfectly fine then all of a suddeb it would go to the loading screen and when the game isabout to start it shuts off and the whole computer starts over and i really wanna play the game my origin is fully updated and everything is there a way for me to fix this?
what dies it mean when your playing sims and in the loading screen it shuts off on you and your whole computer starts over?

Have you tried to restore the computer to a time when it did work?
If that doesn't work, I heard there was a bug for sims that would cause something similar. Try to look for a patch to fix it.
