will a Sapphire AMD R7 265 Graphics Card run on a 480w power supply?
Also in my computer i have 2 Hard Drives if that makes any difference.

Its the CiT 480W 12cm Silent Fan Dual Rail Power Supply - Black Edition,
and no i don't have the graphics card yet.

That PSU manufacturer is listed under tier 5 on the PSU tier chart. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Tier 5 is defined as "Tier five - Replace immediately. These units are NOT recommended for any system, no matter the purpose. Reference to higher tiered models for a better and potentially money-saving unit "

So I would suggest upgrading your PSU to a higher tier before looking into a GPU upgrade.
