You got a bad chip. The thermal paste application between the IHS (the metal part of the CPU you mount the water cooler too) and the die (the actual CPU) isn't good, or there is a bigger gap than normal due to excess glue used to keep the IHS down as they no longer use solder. This is very common with Ivy bridge and Haswell CPUs unfortunately, and the only way to fix it is try your luck and try to return the CPU for a new one, or you can delid the CPU, which means taking off the IHS and replacing the thermal paste which is extremely easy to do and LITERALLY takes 10 seconds to do.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kwv_EsY07Wg All he did was mount it lightly upsidedown in a vice, firmly placed a block of wood to the CPU, and tap the other end with a hammer and POP it comes right off. I myself have used this method for me and my friends on both Ivy Bridge and Haswell CPUs, it's fool proof and extremely safe and easy to do. The best thermal paste to use for delidding is Coollaboratory Liquid Ultra. It's tough to find due to it being a German company I believe, but you can order it off ebay from thailand with free shipping for about 20$ which is retail price anyway. It just takes a while to get to you. I got a whopping 27c drop in temperatures with my 3770k on my H80i which is a worse cooler than yours. I don't pass 50c running prime 95 max heat test at stock speeds and currently run 4.8GHz at a rather high voltage of 1.48v and I receive the same temperatures that you do with a worse cooler. It peaks at 80c on the 3rd core after 24 hours of Prime 95 max heat burn test.
EDIT: There is a small possibility that you simply didn't do a good job applying your CPU cooler. If you have some rubbing alcohol and decent thermal paste laying around, you could try taking it off and re applying some new thermal paste and trying again.
