Apparently you didn't READ my response entirely. I stated you would need to get the SERVICE MANUAL (which of course voids your warranty) to get to the motherboard 'watch battery' that keeps the BIOS settings IF you disabled the IG in BIOS. If you disabled it in Windows, as I said, you will still see the BIOS logo when powering on then hit F8 repeatedly to get to SAFE MODE Menu. You have NOT indicated where you 'disabled' it in.

Simple Google of your Lenovo z510 and the word BATTERY shows this link http://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/lenovo_z410z510z510touch_hmm.pdf which is the service manual. Again, this is ONLY if you can't see the BIOS when you...
In a laptop you need the IG to run video. Even if you had a GPU installed, the IG is used when your NOT doing high end graphics (aka looking at a Word document, reading this forum, etc.). Does the screen stay black on BOOT (when you first turn it on) or only when it starts to load Windows? If the first, then yeah you mucked up your BIOS, and either try to get a warranty assist with it or you will have to risk even more and try getting the SERVICE MANUAL for that specific model, and follow it to disassemble to get to the 'Watch Battery' used for BIOS. You would have unplugged power, pulled out the battery in the process, then pull the watch battery out and wait 15 min. put it all back together and your fine.

IF it is only in Windows you did the disable, you can start TAPPING repeatedly the F8 key when the computer powers on, then go into Safe Mode and reenable the video.

Wait 15 minutes with everything basically apart, then reassemble and you should be able to get back into this.

OTHERWISE... I would either inform you to buy a new PC as a cheaper alternative then shipping it back to be repaired by Lenovo, which will be a higher cost then a simple i3 Laptop at Walmart for general use $249.
