Hello everyone, the first time I unplugged my motherboard connectors and connected again, started up my PC and something about BIOS appeared like to change some settings.

Is it normal when I unplugged for the first time?

Thank you

Without knowing what the something was exactly, can't say if it's normal or not. If you have a bad CMOS battery or if you reset the BIOS, then yes, it will ask you to set date/time at least.

I forgot to unplug one of the connectors, when I started the PC, appeared something to change in the bios, then I turned off the PC, and plugged the connector I forgot.

Turning on the computer again but that popped up again, about saying to change something about the boot.

Sounds like it can't find the boot device. Make sure you have the hard drive plugged into the SATA ports and is in the same SATA port as you installed Windows on.
