Hi i have a new PC and its HP and it has a AMD graphics card
AMD RADEON XT 2400
and on my old pc i had a better card : AMD Radeon HD 4800 but my old PC was Gigabyte
soo can i change the Graphic card of my New PC with the Old one?
on my opinion i think no but i just thought i can ask you... to see what you think

Solution

You can change it. I think you have enough power supply for that card.

If it is an onboard / integrated thing, then you don't. You just plug the Dedicated card into the PCIe x16 slot, plug in the power leads if required ( 6 pin PCIe from the Power supply ), then Load the drivers from the disk, or go to the Manufacturer's site and load the latest drivers.
