So i was planning to upgrade my PC from
Intel G2020 2,9ghz dual core
2GB of ram
H61M-VS4 motherboard
Intel HD 2500 vga
380W of PSU
I was looking to upgrade my RAM to 4GB and the vga to Ati 7750
Do you guys think this PSU is enough to supply the electricity?
And do you think the PC gonna Bottleneck with this Rig?
Thx for the answerd :)

Solution
Your tdp would be 160 watts and whenever their underload or flar up should only reach say 200 watts maybe a tad more.
Order yourself a decent 300 watt psu from say corsair and you will be fine this rig has little power needs.
Also ati graphics are a bit old now seeing as it is amd radeon these days so nope that card shouldn't bottleneck you at all and that ram upgrade will definitely help your rig perform its tasks better.

That depends entirely on the quality of that mystery 380W PSU of yours. The CPU is only ~40W, the GPU is less than 75W, the rest of the system is less than 50W so we are talking only ~160W total.

Any half-decent 300W PSU should be able to handle that but there are some outrageously bad PSUs out there.

Here is a simple tip for PSUs: if you have never heard about a brand anywhere else or know practically nobody who has a clue what that brand is, it most likely is bad or sub-par by default since it is almost certainly one of the hundreds of brands that take crappy Chinese or questionable origin/design PSUs and put their label on it, often with fake ratings and fake safety approvals.

Try to stick with major brands: CoolerMaster is one of the worst vendors as far as well-known PSU brands go and even their worst PSUs are still better than most generics.
