Average temps for a FX6350 4.5ghz on a H60?

Is it normal for my FX 6350 to be around 31-37 degrees? on idle at 4.5ghz? im on an MSI 970AG43 motherboard overclocked. When gaming i never got higher than 57 degrees. Is this normal? I'm also using pre applied thermal paste.

I would say that's a fairly normal temp, i would even think it's quite low considering it's a slim 120mm radiator, aka. not really the unit to blow your socks off.
