CPU OC interfering with GPU OC

I overclocked my CPU by about 10%(My CPU at 3.2 GHz and my ram at 1600 MHz) by X.M.P mode in bios (which automatically sets blk and Dram voltage and timing) (blk = 160 , CPU multiplier ratio 20) . but when I ran prime 95 blend test after a few minutes it crashed and my temperature were well below 70' C .
my PC specs:
.
.
main board P7P55D LE - ASUS
CPU core i5 760 intel 2.8 GHz - evercool transformer 3 heat-sink and fan
GPU MSI Nvidia gtx 670 power edition OC
8 Gig ram (4 & 2 &2) corsair XMS3 1600MHz ( notice that I'm using 3 out of 4 DDR3 slots)
PSU 600W
windows 7 pro 64 bit
.
.
I read in XMP mode the bios increased the ram voltage to 1.66
and I set the vcore voltage to 1.25 (If I go higher , the number gets yellow which I guess means "don't do this ")
the first thing that comes into mind is:
maybe my PSU can't handle that much power. well, a newly bought (80 BRONZE certified) 600 W PSU has to be able to handle a LOT more... let alone a mere 10% overclock .
besides my cpu cooler is new and as I said , the temperatures didn't even reach 70'C.

so what do you think is the cause? I would appreciate your answers.
