My BRAND NEW PC is running slowly and lagging when playing games, PLEASE HELP!!!

My very new PC runs quite slowly and laggs alot when i try to play Borderlands 2, WOW and even minecraft, and others, even after I turn the game options/graphics down.

These are my specs:
Sapphire Radeon R7 250 2GB GDDR3 with Boost Graphics Card,
Cooler Master K380 Gaming Chassis,
ASRock FM2A88M-HD+ Motherboard,
AMD A8–6600K Quad-Core 4.2Ghz,
16GB G.Skill Ripjaws Gaming Ram,
Western Digital 500GB Hard Drive,
Gigabyte Bluetooth 4.0 + AC Wifi PCI-E Network Card, and
LG DVD Combo Drive.

Can anyone please help me at all??

you should of got 8gbs of ram and a r9 270 for 169 dollars gddr3 can still run things but its outdated and will perform slightly worse. apus are not meant for gaming also so you should of got a fx 6300 but lets not regret decisions now unless you can return. Try updating drivers from the WEBSITE dvds are notrouis for not having the latest drivers and when not uninstalled cause problems

oops pressed the wrong button, well it seems stupid but seeing as i had it made by someone then i assumed they had installed the latest drivers, but its well worth checking so ill do that now.

Yeah ive all most turned everything down, and shadows off, it just looks rubbish and still doesnt really do much.

Download speed fan or Speccy.
What are the temperatures you are getting on load[While Playing Games] and in Idle?

If possible post a screenshot here.
