The i5-4590 is slightly better in performance and since they're the same price, I would purchase the 4590. However if you're using an 8 series motherboard (H87 for example), you may need to update your BIOS to support the i5-4590 as it is a Haswell Refresh CPU.

If you're on a 9 series motherboard, you may simply purchase the i5-4590 and it'll be compatible out of the box. If you already have a processor with your current motherboard, I'd update the BIOS first and then order the i5-4590. Otherwise without a BIOS update the CPU may not be compatible, whereas the i5-4570 will be compatible as it's an older CPU.

Unfortunately the motherboard you want will require a BIOS update to support the i5-4590. To support the CPU out of the box (without a BIOS update), you'll need a 9 series motherboard such as the H97. The H97 will also support the next generation of Intel processors, 5th generation/Broadwell. The 8 series (B85 you desire) however won't support Broadwell.

Since the motherboard you've selected supports CrossFire, I've selected a H97 motherboard which also supports it too; however it costs $10 more and is of microATX form factor. If you want an ATX motherboard with CrossFire support it'll cost $100 for the ASRock H97 PERFORMANCE. Usually MSI often receive bad reviews with motherboards, hence I usually recommend Asus, ASRock or Gigabyte.

If you don't need CrossFire support or would prefer an ATX motherboard, please reply back and let me know; I'll then select an alternative motherboard. Without further ado, the ideal H97 motherboard I've found is:

Thanks man :) I wish they had an MSI version. I really am never goung to crossfire because idk what that is because this is my first build and it is also the reason i will NEVER overclock until i get more advance.
