We'll Black Desert,ArcheAge,etc (Next-Gen MMO), and a few other games maybe Watch Dogs,etc.

And can you please replace the GPU possibly then with one that would be good with it for OCing?

The above build gives you near-equal CPU power (since you had a motherboard that you can't OC with). Gives you much greater GPU performance, and gives you a great platform to upgrade with. (Overclocking, Broadwell)

Overall, you get more bang for your buck.
