Can't access IP address of a working VOIP router

I have a D-LINK DVG-G1402S VOIP router connected via bridge to a TP-LINK TD-W8980 and I can't access the IP address to get at the config page. I'm not sure if it should be visible there but it doesn't show in the DHCP client list in the TP-LINK either.

However I am still able to make and receive calls which means that it must be connected somehow. Is there any way I can find out what the address is? I downloaded 'Wireless Network Watcher' and there is one IP which has the listed Network Adapter Company as D-Link but I can't access that either (it is also a different IP from what I had set it to).

Is there any other option apart from resetting the router?

Its address within the specified IP range that I set if that's what you're asking.

The LAN IP on the D-LINK was set on the same scheme when I set it up. I managed to get into the settings somehow after messing with the connections but after setting the D-LINK to use a static-IP instead of dynamic-IP I have the same problem again. I can see it on the 'Network Wireless Watcher' under the IP I set it to but I can't access it.
