Hi guys, I've been doing more research as to what parts to get/avoid, I have thus far come to this selection:

Approximate Purchase Date: Within 2 weeks

Budget Range: $700 - $800

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, internet surfing, office, movies

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: CPU, Mobo, GPU, RAM, PSU, Case, Optical Drive, HSF

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: MicroCenter, Amazon

Location: Atlanta, GA

Parts Preferences: Intel CPU

Overclocking: Maybe, if I learn how

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe?

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200

Additional Comments: Would prefer the interior to be blue, mostly play CPU-intensive games (WoW, Skyrim, DayZ), have never overclocked before, generally risk-averse

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Want a new PC, last one from Cyberpower from ~6 years ago

Here are the parts I have somewhat narrowed it down to:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/sN3K23
Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor - $200
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler - $37
MSI Z97-GAMING 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard - $120
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory - $75
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB Dual-X Video Card - $190
Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case - $70
SeaSonic 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply - $90
LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer - $17

I have:
Dell U2412M 60Hz 24.0" Monitor
Kingston SSDNow V200 Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Total: $798 Before taxes, ~$850 after tax

I'd like to trim some of the costs if that's possible, while maintaining high quality products, and would be great if I could get blue accents on my parts (the MSI mobo is red, and the ASRock Extreme 4(blue) got some bad reviews with being DOA?). I'd like it to look clean and not too flashy.
Also, would the power supply I listed be good, or is there another that could work better for similar/lower costs?
