So I just purchased my self a vg248qe asus monitor and wanted to test out its 144hz capabilities but when I load into my game it says my frames are averaging at around 130 - 180 but on my monitor its lagging up a storm. I have tried playing on other games and this issue seems to only happen on black ops 2 I found a way to get this issue solved as shown on my video but I want to know if there is a permanent fix, and to be honest it looks like the stutter returs after some time of using my fix???
PS:
My graphics drives are up to date.
I am using a cable Maters dual link dvi connector that according to reviews can handle +120hz without a hitch.
I have a gtx 760 gpu that I am now with my latest panel I have two 1080p monitors one at 60hz and one at 144hz
