New build will not boot, fans start going but stop after a minute

Motherboard: ASRock Z97E-ITX/ac
Graphics Card: Gigabyte GTX650 ti boost
RAM: G Skillz 8GB
CPU: i5-4590
Samsung 250gb
SSD
Seagate 1TB HDD
Bitfenix Prodigy case
I began building my new system last night, and once I was 'done' I pushed the on button, however, only the fans started going. There was no display: off both HDMI and DVI, and then it just restart the process every minute. Anyone here know how to help?

Pull out that GTX650 and try with onboard graphics only for starters.

Also, I would reset CMOS with jumper, and then check all the connections, especially around the CPU (ATX 12V connector). Then, check the +/- orientation of your Reset SW wire on your mobo. After that, pull out all RAM sticks but one and try again. Then put the other one in INSTEAD of this first one and try again. If nothing helps, assemble the PC outside of the case and try again.

I have the same problem with the same motherboard. Did you figure out what was wrong?
