Unstable overclock with an i5-4670k

Hello guys i just wanted to ask why my overclock is unstable at 4.2ghz i have tried 1.20-1.25 voltage.

CPU:i5-4670k
Cooler:cooler master hyper 212 evo
Motherboard:ASUS Z87-A

you may need to check the ring voltage, un core votlage, input voltage, temps, power limit etc
what are the rest of your specs?
