one 4gb stick for Gigabyte ga-g41m combo

Solution
Yup it should be compatible, as the page says "Supports both DDR2 and DDR3 memory for great flexibility", 1333mhz is also the max supported speed, so the Corsair stick should be supported. ;)

This system have two slots for DDR3 & two for DDR2 if im not mistaken, RAM will perform a bit better in dual-channel, but when it's 4GB, you should keep the other slot free for a 8GB upgrade (by adding another 4GB stick later).
This motherboard supports a Max of 8GB Ram.
