Hi, Recently I added two 200MM RED LED Case fans to my HAF X at the top, I was wondering would I also be able to attach a fan to the HDD bay where a VGA Fan duct should be placed. (I do not have the fan duct but wanted to add a 120mm fan there instead, it does not state that i can do this on the site or manual.)

Here is a link to the spot where i would like to add a fan (Top part, as I said I don't have the VGA Fan duct)

my case is in storage atm but it will take a standard 120mm fan

are you sure? (Are the screws (4) the exact placement apart to support a 120mm fan) Because if that is the case I will buy a noctua NF-12 to go with my NH-D14.

**I do not have the VGA Fan duct that was in the image** Just wondering if it can be directly mounted to the cage itself.

yes i am 100% positive as i have done this , it screws direct into the duct

EDIT: it will take a 120mm x 32mm fan for serious airflow , i also have an nvidia hafx and this comes as standard with the case
go to 9.32 on this vid , sorry bout these guys , i am not a fan but you will see what i mean

i dont think you can mount it direct to the cage without modding a barcket to hold the fan , however there is an alternative
on my case i removed the two hot swap bays and installed one of these

the fan can be changed for any 120mm fan led or non led and it has a good dust filter

I do like the above option, as I have 3 bays available.

I live in australia and I am willing to buy the fan duct or a similar option to above, but I don't know where from?

Also, another question, is the HAF X supposed to include the duct and the VGA Holder? Because I didn't get either....

thanks, that is a bit over what I would like to spend though, I'll see how I go. Do you know where to (Find with Australia accessability, I am looking also) buy the vga duct also?

nope, I have spend ages trying to find the parts and also possible mounting options, isn't much that I can do cheaply and nicely.
