windows has detected your computer performance is slow

While playing alien vs predator a dialog box has pop up and says windows has detected your computer performance is slow etc. it happens only two times while playing games
My system specs are
Gigabyte ga-78lmt-s2
Amd fx 4300 black editon
4 gb ram
Asus nvidia gt 610 2gb
Why does this happens i don't think that my cpu is slow

I'm guessing it is because you only have 4GB of RAM. What percentage of RAM is being used when playing those games?

You're GPU is Probably too slow to run the game smoothly, And windows detects that your having performance issues so it pops up a message saying "windows has detected your computer performance is slow", When the message pops up does the color scheme of the taskbar change? It does for me.

No, the color scheme didn't but it asks for change the color scheme
