HI EVERYBODY! (Hello doctor Nick...)

So, in the next few days, I am thinking on upgrading my PC. Here are the specs:

CPU: Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.1 Ghz
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 6670 2GB DDR3 (Overclocked to 890Mhz - core and memory)
RAM: 6GB
OS: Windows 7 64 bits

Easy to see on most games, the lowest piece around here is the GPU, which I would like to upgrade. Right now, I can't verify, but I don't think my PSU does not have one of those triple power cable slots (Pardon me for the vagueness, I recall something along these lines.) I can only check again in 3 days.
My budget ranges to, at max 150€, preferably at around 130€. The catch is that I live in Portugal, so most online ordering websites don't ship here. If anyone can point me a good site and even best perhaps, to the site of a store, I would be very happy, as the person who will eventually buy me this card is not very fond of online purchases.

Thank you for your aid and compreension!

Solution
GTX 750 Ti would be perfect for your if you dont have a powerful PSU. Its pretty much the best card which doesnt require additional pci-e power.

Thank you! Looks very nice, but anyone can tell me where can I get it?

EDIT: On an online website I found the R7 260X. It is cheaper and seems better, can anyone tell me what the difference is?

Well, I tought about something, what about overclockability? I was choosing between the R7 260X and the GTX 750ti, are they overclockable? If the R7 is more overclockable, perhaps the overclocking can compensate the performance difference and at a slightly cheaper price.
