A bit of a performance enthusiast, on a budget. Help me with my setup?

I'm trying to build my own setup now, after my 3 year old laptop was lost along with my tablet and many other possessions in a house fire about 2 months ago.

Yesterday was my 16th Birthday, I received about $250, and with that i purchased a monitor + a nice L desk that was on sale. (My family and I don't take birthdays to seriously, but $250 bucks is $250 bucks...)

I just started working at a grocery store and i'm trying to get as many hours as I can, I want to build the computer with my own money and not with my parents financial help even though they have offered and bartered with me.

I'm making approximately $200 a week(before school, then my hours get cut), so in 6 weeks i can earn $1200, which i'll use to fund my first ever build. I want this build to be fast, i don't plan on playing many high end games like Battle-Field4 and Crysis.

I want a rig that loads fast, overclock-able, and fits my budget.

I don't have much so far for ideas, but i do know I'd like the Fractual-Design Define R4 with the window, Quiet fans(recommendations?), SSD(like i said, i want FAST) i5 4670k, and an Asus Z97-Pro motherboard(i like the fan control options, plus the one step overclock doesnt seem to shabby). H100i for cooling? seems highly recommended. I don't plan on playing to many high-end games like stated before, so that leaves me stumped at the GPU, i'd like to be able to play games like Counter Strike and League of Legends on high Fps, and maybe stream? I was guessing like a 660 would work, but thats why im asking for help.

All advice is good advice, please help:).

a few things first:

dont say "every dime i make is going to a pc" if you want a computer in 6 weeks id go with a 900$ budget. something always comes up. if you want a 1200$ budget, work for 8 weeks.

also dont say "im only gonna play low end games" ive seen it all to often where guys say that and 2 months later theyre posting "my pc cant run bf4 at 120fps!!"

question: why would you wanna overclock when you run old games?

I have $500 in a savings account in an "emergency fund" that won't be going near my computer budget.
Also, depending on what else i find, i may play a few newer games, but im not expecting 120 fps like you say.
Overclocking for speed, i want high performance.
