I would like to know if this power supply could run a GTX 760 or an AMD 7850:

The rest of my system is:

CPU: FX-6100
Ram: 8gb ddr3
HD: 1 TB hard drive

A solid 450w maybe. An Inwin 450w that's already powering a 95w CPU, I wouldn't risk it.

Risk what. Oh dammit its a 450w psu. 95 from cpu + 150w runs towards 250w. With other components it goes to max300w. Just make sure youre PSU has 80+ certified and your good to go.
Btw how old is dat psu. Anyhow if you have tight budget go for a r9 270 and if needed a evga 500w( its 50$ now on newegg)

No , but we have to take a 600w PSU for a system that consumes 300w. Thats the logic. A 450-500weven with slight OC can really work. But the psu has to be 80+ and made with quality materialls.
