Splitting Sound Audio need help bad!

Hello guys! I'm here because I want to split my videos audio. I mean by that as in I want my microphone and my in-game audio to be split so i have 2 audio's instead of both being joined into one. I am using the motherboard Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 which uses VIA HD audio. Any way you guys can help me with this? Thanks! :D!

If you click on the volume icon and than hit mixer you can select which program you want to selectively turn down. Also most games have in game settings to lower the volume.

Well sometimes in-game audio can't be turned down or trial and error to make the sound perfect so you can actually hear my voice. In doing the splitting i can turn down the in-game volume without turning my voice down with it.
