There is one vga output on the card.
It also has two dvi ports and a hdmi port.
For the other two monitors, I think you could use a dvi to vga adapter like this:

I don't see how. As I said, HDMI doesn't have an analog signal. VGA is analog only, so without an active converter I don't see how this would work.
The analog signal found on DVI-A or I is on those four pins. It's those four pins that carry the signal VGA needs. The bulk of the pins found on the DVI plug are for the digital signal. If your monitors are VGA only, then you need to be able to send them an analog signal.
