Problem in Choosing Processor and GPU for Multi-tasking, Gaming and Autocad

I am having a problem of which processor that I will choose, AMD or Intel. Someone please help me with this. I used to play a lot of games (like battlefield, NFS, Crysis, etc. ), do multi-tasking and autocad.

NOTE: I do not OC.

Here's my build

RAM: G.Skill RipJawsX (Dual) 2 x 4GB DDR3 1866Mhz CL8
GPU: __________________
SSD: Sandisk Ultra Plus (SDSSDHP 128GB G25) 128GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 64MB cached 7200rpm
PSU: Corsair RM650 80Plus Gold Fully Modular
Cooling: Noctua NH D14
Casing: NZXT Source 530
ODD: ASUS DVD-RW 24x SATA
Monitor: ASUS 23" VS239H LED Monitor
Keyboard: A4Tech 9500F Wireless Keyboard + Mouse

My budget for this rig is 920USD - 1150USD (Php 40-50k).

For graphics card, i'd go with amd now. The prices have dropped a lot. Get a r9 280 or r9 280x. If you're keen on nvidia get a gtx 760 or gtx 770. For CPU either the AMD 8 core 8350 or i5 4690k.

I like what you've suggested on GPU's but here in the Philippines it take years to wait before prices drop.

And now the only problem is that CPU, as I said earlier I am not gonna OC, so why i5 4690k?

Oooops - just saw you are in the Phillipines, the recommendations are still good,
just the pricing/availability issue. Yes, I do not recommend a "k" processor for your
needs. The mobo's I listed support OC which you don't need, but come with the territory.
All of them will also support Intel's next gen (gen 5) CPU's.

For GPU, it depends on how serious you will be with gaming. For the multi tasking/autocad, the CPU
is more important.
But, if you want to enjoy what gaming you will be doing, invest in the best GPU you can afford after
allowing for the CPU/MOBO.

Good choices GTX 760, 770, R9 270x, 280, 280x.
