Windows Easy transfer should work, copy it to a USB or shared drive

Reinstall the applications. You cannot 'transfer' them.

What if the labtop is infected with a virus or other stuff like malware etc? Cause I wanted to wipe my labtop with kasperkey so I could transfer the windows vista file over to my new expensive build could that be possible and or safe
