Building a new Gaming PC: Need help on a Wireless Network Adapter

Hello,
I'm building my new Gaming PC and I have already order all the parts, but then I realized my motherboard doesn't come with a Wireless Network Adapter like my last one did. I could use a Ethernet Cable but I would really prefer not to. When I started to look at the Network Adapters I could buy, I got really confused because I don't have a clue about whatever the difference is between all of them. I could use some in purchasing one.
Thanks in advanced!

  1. I recommend this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-wireless-network-card-pcen10

Cheap, small, b/g/n compatible and only takes up a PCIe x1 slot, which is rarely used and doesn't take up a more useful USB port or PCI slot.

If you can use an Ethernet connection, that is what I would do.
    It will be faster.
A wireless card may have range and speed issues.
Otherwise, a card like Iron24 suggested would be OK.
  3. Thank you, I will try the wireless one, it is cheap and if it doesn't work that well, I will just use a ethernet
  4. I am curious, why do you prefer wireless?

If you can use an ethernet cable, it is far more stable and faster than any WiFI solution.
