Hello. I have just built my first computer. I installed windows 8 and everything worked. Suddenly the computer froze. I booted it and tried to fix windows but the computer always froze in the progress. I tried booting it without hard drive or disc reader. Now when I boot it the power button light stays on for a few seconds and then turns off. The monitor shows only one picture. Still the the fans keep working. I might have a virus, bad motherboard or a bad power supply. I'm thinking about buying a 4gb ram stick instead of using the 8gb stick.
