I have my built PC and the only thing I need left is OS. I can only get a download copy due to me refusing to buy an optical drive just for Windows. I know how to install Windows 8.1 on a USB, but people say you have to format the drive in FAT 16 or 32? Is this true? Thanks! I'll be using this method: http://arstechnica.com/business/news/2009/12/-the-usb-flash-drive.ars (I also have no idea with FAT 16 or 32 is) I asked this question before and no one answered back.
