You'd need to get above about a $150 GPU before an i5 would be of much benefit on games compared to your i3. Since you have a slimline case you're pretty much limited to an r7 250 or GTX750, nothing better comes in a low profile. You'd be better off spending more on your GPU(a GTX750) and getting a new power supply.

Basically these two:

The motherboard should fit in an atx or micro atx case. The only problem you might have is if any of the usb or front panel wiring is proprietary and not just regular pin connections like an aftermarket, but you can probably get it to work even if it is. Also if you go that way make sure you get a regular atx power supply, not the TFX style.

If you switch to a full size case and full size atx power supply? It would depend on the power supply you get. What is your budget for the full size power supply and full size card(not counting a case)?

The specs that I am going to buy:
Msi gtx 750 ti
Cooler master gx 2 750w
Cooler master elite 431 plus
I guess my CPU is already good enough because it's already clocked at 3.3ghz

Your CPU is fine.

You can go with a smaller power supply. 500w would be more than enough for your setup.
