Hello, i am looking to get new mini itx motherboard. I have i7-3770 CPU, it needs 1155 socket. I have read many posts on here and other forums about Asus p8z77-i deluxe being the current best, but they are a little pricey. I honestly not looking for any overclocking capabilities, it just has to have WiFi and let me play upcoming games without hiccups. The case i will be using is BitFenix Prodigy and GPU: GTX 770. Please help me out, your knowledge will be much appreciated!

Thank you.

Motherboards including wifi tend to be expensive. Unfortunately, using a discrete graphics card takes the only expansion slot on an ITX motherboard.

You can get a itx lga1155 motherboard for $50 or so.
I have used ECS in the past and it seemed like a good product.

If the motherboard does not have wifi, you can use a USB dongle. Pick one with a decent antenna.

If they don't have it available grab the Asrock that is linked above.

Asrock has solid Z77 boards.

I agree the only choice left is a Gigabyte , but I really don't care for the Z77 lineup they had.

I would look into jumping to the next platform 1150 , they have some real nice choices , But you would also need a NEW 1150 CPU.

Yeah, i understand. But it makes no sense for me to get new CPU when i already got the current one.
What do you guys say about used Asus motherboard? Is it reliable as toyota in car world?

I would go with the NEW Gigabyte over a board that is used because you don't know how it was treated.
