Weird Battlefield 4 CPU usage and GPU usage

so this is my system
CPU: FX-8320 at 3.5Ghz
GPU: HD 7850 OC 2Gb
RAM: 16Gb RAM DDR3 1333Mhz
MOBO: 970A-UD3P
PSU: Raidmax 80 plus bronze 700watts

I am playing battlefield 4 at ultra with msaa turned off at 1600x900
drivers are up to date i have tried turning on and off cool n quiet on the BIOS but there is no performance difference i have downloaded the new hotfix patch for fx processors for AMD

Do core unparking and disable origin in game, eventually if you have the raptr amd gaming evolved app in the background , close that also. Also do a reinstall of DX from the Game`s directory.

That's interesting. Your cpu is the bottleneck but it isn't being maxed. Have you tried manually setting a higher priority ingame, or using the mantle settings? I am unfamiliar with amd cpu's but that shouldn't be happening. Also make sure that you are running the 64bit version of battlefield because that can cause problems sometimes, and make sure the chipset drivers are updated. Lastly set it to maximum performance to see if that helps anything. I can actually recommend windows 8.1 for games like bf4 because there is a significant frame time and performance improvement.

with mantle i get a lot of stuttering and setting the game to any priority makes no difference in performance i am also running 64 bit version of battlefield 4 and 32 bit version doesnt even launch for me
