A question about faulty/ MB, ram or video card. So a couple of days ago I decided to play BF4. It was horrible, framedrops and eventually a crash. I tried another server, same problem. I decided to test Skyrim, Arkham origins and Cod: Ghosts. When I started ghosts I got a notification saying I didn't have enough ram. I checked and it said I had 8 gigs installed but only 3.96 gigs was usable. Of course a dead ram chip. But I didn't understand how this would make battlefield 4 so terrible. I used the bf4 show gpu and cpu performance and it said my gpu was underperforming. So my question is: Could my motherboard possibly not pick up the Ram/Vram? Thanks to everyone in advance:) My ram: Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 1600MHz Mobo:Gigabyte 970A D3P Graphics card: Sapphire R9 280x Dual-X.
Edit: Whilst playing Arkham origins my GPU usage never went 100% and flacutated between 40 and 30. Should I be worried?
Edit 2: It's the same with BF4 really low GPU usage.
