Heres a couple part lists:

A) http://pcpartpicker.com/p/99MJmG $524 with the Pentium anniversary.

B) http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rVNXYJ $540 with the i3.

Option B will perform better in most games due to the hyper threading, unless you get a really high overclock on the Pentium, but with option A you get the fun of trying overclocking. Only thing I will say is double check that you can overclock on the motherboard in option A as I'm not 100% certain.

Hi,

One of the choices which stands out to me is the graphics card you have chosen. The 650 ti is an older model and that price seems very high for the performance you would get. My advice would be to buy an AMD r7 265 instead (or an R9 270 if you can find one cheap), which is about $30 cheaper and will give you a fair performance boost (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/radeon-r7-265-review,review-32887.html). You could then use the extra money to buy 8GB of RAM, instead of 4GB, this would be useful as many games are starting to need more and more RAM. While the difference in performance between 1333mhz and 1600 mhz RAM is minimal, they can often be picked up for similar price so you may as well get 1600 mhz is possible.

You may also be able to save some money on your CPU / Motherboard combination without losing significant performance. You don't mention the features which you're looking for on your motherboard, but a cheaper H81 chipset board may be fine for your needs (eg. MSI H81M-E33), which only costs about $45. Another alternative would be to pick up the new Pentium anniversary edition, with a cheap cpu cooler (eg. hyper 212 evo) and an Asus h81/h87 board (whichI believe have overclocking options in BIOS) and overclock it. This will not perform as well as the i3, but saves a bit more money and offers great bang for buck.

Hope all this helps!

Hi there i have double check the motherboard and the GPU combination and i think that the Mobo will slow my GPU, cause the mobo only support PCI-E 2.0 not 3.0.

Admirable
Are you from the US or Canada? The 650 is kind of last gen and overpriced. If you are from the us you might want to go with the 750 ti. and also the 2.0 vs 3.0 for pci-e you won't even see any difference between the two.
