Hey guys I was sitting on my carpet and I briefly touched the circuit board of my graphics card when I removed it from the shipping package. I handled it for about 10 seconds before I realized what I was doing. I'm afraid I could have damaged it from static electricity. What do you guys think?

Unless you saw a discharge its likely fine.

I agree, probably not a problem. Modern circuit boards are a lot more resistant to static discharge though they still can be damaged.

Not much choice anyway except to test it.

People freak out about this way to much. I mess with computers and parts all the time. I have never used a anti static wrist strap. Highly unlikely you did anything to it. You would have to feel a static electric charge for it to be enough to damage it.
