Asus Z87 Gryphon pin problem

Hi, first...this is a great website with lots of help and i hope you can help me too.

I have ordered a motherboard: asus z87 gryphon and a i7 4771 cpu from the internet...not new and upon inspection i see there is a problem with a pin on the socket, i cannot really tell if it's broken or bent and was hoping you can tell me if it's something that i have to worry about or not...the motherboard boots normaly i can access bios and everything..only issue i seem to have is some cpu overheat in games to the point it reboots. I have a zalman z11 plus case with fans on the back and upper sides + front and sides and a thermalright true spirit 120i cooler. I tried searching for a lga 1150 pinout but found none...only for 1155.
The game i play is Watch Dogs for about 1 hour before it reboots. Idle temps are 33 celsius
