Logitech G430 Gaming Headset Sound Only Coming Out of Left Ear

I bought The Logitech G430 Gaming Headset about a year ago. Today when I went to play Civilization 4, I only got sound from one ear. All the settings worked fine (in the game and computer) yesterday. Please help me resolve this problem!

Have you checked the balance of Left/Right both in the gaming software and windows sound configuration?

did you check game sound setting ? as is there "headphone mode" ?

How are you connecting the headset to the computer? 3.5mm or USB? For the sake of this, I'm going to assume you're using the USB adapter.

You can try plugging in another set of headphones into the USB adapter to see if you still get sound. This will check to see if the USB adapter is at fault. If this works fine, then it is most likely the headset. Is the cable damaged anywhere?
