I have build a new computer:

GRAPHIC CARD: GBT RADEON RS 280X::
8G RAM
POWER SUPPLY: CORSAIR RM850W
HDD: SSD KINGSTON 240GB

The motherboard is giving me problems. The error is:

The current BIOS setting do not fully support the boot device.
Click OK to enter the BIOS Setup.
then in yellow text:
Go to Advanced>Boot>CSM Parameters and adjust the CSM (Compatibility Support Module) settings to enable the boot device

I go into CSM and change everything to UEFI - still nothing.
I go to advanced and change the Sata to IDE - still nothing.

This is the first computer I have built, I double checked my SSD was connected properly and it is.

Please help me.

sooooo...retarded.. I looked inside and thought....hmmm how would the motherboard communicate with the cd drive without connecting to it...

Boom! There was no SATA cable included with it, so will need to ring over clocked tomw.
